Return Process

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your printed return authorization slip inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
